AMA Supercross - Tampa, FL Jason Anderson running in 4th position on the opening lap came together with teammate Osborne falling back to 18th. Jason managed to come up to 8th in the 450 main by the checker flag.

Tampa was the kickoff for the 250E class with Rj Hampshire finishing in 6th. Jalek Swoll made his rookie debut and looked to transfer from his heat while running 3rd but went down sending him to the LCQ where he finished 5th.

“I was pretty nervous coming into it,” Hampshire said. “In the Main Event, I had a better start but I got caught up in the first turn. The opening laps were rough but once I got into a flow I was feeling the best I’ve felt all day. I made a pretty good charge but I crashed with two laps to go while going for the podium. We made a lot of improvements throughout the day and I think we’re in a good spot.”
